perhaps you’ve stumblefingered stumblefingers across this element of the site. maybe you’ve not listenenin to anyof the musics at any point. see, the thing is, i never quite was professional or any such ant. i just want to have fun. the musics are so diverse. i still care and all that, but life has a way of getting busy, and then there’s the pressure of putting something “good.” see, i’ve been trying to’ve given up on good - and just doing “real.” ya know feeling. people with problems and such joys reciprocal. and the music. whifftrophy just longboarding in the dar star asterisk. check out the “music”. music. net’s dead. thinking of checking on myspace for whiff trophy. what to suggest? i like “never gonna go” and “earth girl” today. i’ve had to delete some of the catalogue from my hard drive to allow for other jams, if not, i’d probably listen to “pto/hestia”. i sort of like some of the stuff i was messing with earlier/ i’ll probably post this “no one left you” idea of facebook. dunno. dunno. just trying to keep working on tunes.. <3

Project Conclusion

Well, the project ended a few days ago (8.27.09), but I was late in posting the final song (8.30.09) as I wanted to use certain things (and of course the song developed mostly on its own, despite my preconceptions).

I wanted to make a note of thanks here for those paying attention. I had a good time with this, and actually enjoyed the responsibility of producing a track each day, though it was sometimes quite stressful. I think some of the tracks came out especially well, and I feel pretty good about the overall quality of production -- granted, I’ve embraced the lo-fi aesthetic, but, still, I think they can all stand alone to a great enough degree to be called “songs.”

I’ll wrap this blog post up by rethanking you for being here: thank you again. Please keep checking in to see what’s going on. I’m back to work on the Year of the Awks disc, and feeling good about a new track I made for that the other evening. I’m still confident that I’ll get it out before the end of the year, and certainly I won’t hide the light under a rock or anything once it’s done.

Okay, enough chatter. Thank you again. Holler at me.
